FUNDING RECOMMENDATIONS

On January 16th, the Los Angeles County (County) Homeless Initiative held a webinar regarding a released $637.3 million proposed spending plan for fiscal year 2025-26 to fund the County’s ongoing response to the ongoing homeless emergency. The proposed spending plan is funded through Measure A, a 1/2-cent sales tax that goes into effect April 1, 2025, as well as Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention (HHAP) grants from the State of California. 

Public Comment on the FY 2025-26 Draft Funding Recommendations can be provided from January 16 – February 4, 2025.
