The Project includes three landscaped and furnished terrace patios, a courtyard, on-site property management and services offices, a ground floor community room, and a public art installation by a local muralist. Project funding includes $7 million in Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) NOFA funds, $27 million from the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) Program and 40 Project Based Vouchers from LACDA. In addition to the $27 million in AHSC funds for the housing development, the project received an additional $10.9 million in AHSC funding for community and transit infrastructure improvements.
