What is the Executive Committee for Regional Homeless Alignment?
The establishment of the Executive Committee for Regional Homeless Alignment (ECRHA) was adopted by the Los Angeles Board of Supervisors through a motion on August 8, 2023, to develop one plan to address homelessness, establish a common set of performance indicators, align resources, and provide oversight. The ECRHA works closely with the Leadership Table for Regional Homeless Alignment (LTRHA) to identify effective strategies, scale solutions, align private and public funding, and communicate a vision. ECRHA was formed following a motion passed by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors in August 2023.
