Los Angeles County and the faith community are working to build and strengthen their joint efforts to help people experiencing homelessness.
The Faith Collaborative to End Homelessness, in partnership with the Los Angeles County Homeless Initiative and Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, hosted a series of workshops to provided diverse groups of faith-based organizations with information about funding and contracting opportunities, problem-solving tools, and other resources.
The workshops are part of an ongoing effort to increase the participation of faith-based organizations in addressing homelessness, and to enhance their effectiveness in delivering services and support.
