The Housing Innovation Challenge awards $4.5 million in total funding – at the $500,000 or $1 million level – to the following creative, scalable and low-cost housing solutions for those experiencing homelessness in LA County. The proposed solutions aim to deliver promising results for our most vulnerable residents, including faster, cost-effective construction, rehabilitation, and creative finance models.
