LACDA’s Homeless Incentive Program (HIP) is supported by funding from Measure H, a 1/4-cent sales tax approved by LA County voters in 2017 and administered by the LA County Homeless Initiative.
Thomas, Randel and Armando are just three of the many providers benefiting from this program, and they are encouraging more landlords to take advantage of the opportunity.
Thomas: “My goal is to provide the community with quality affordable housing and opportunities.”
Randel: “I feel very, very grateful to be a part of something that changes people’s lives.”
Armando: “I’m looking forward to providing more housing.”
