Access training courses, join recurring office hours, and register for workshops designed to support PH ICMS case managers and contracted providers. All trainings are managed through TalentWorks, the HSH Community Programs learning platform.

All Community Programs trainings are managed through TalentWorks. After completing a course, your attendance will be recorded and you will be able to download a certificate of completion.

Featured Trainings
CHAMP Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)
The mandatory training session that all new CHAMP users must complete in order to receive system access. This is also required for existing CHAMP users who are transitioning between programs or organizations. Sessions cover basic system navigation, data entry best practices, and role-based workflows. A training request and completion of all prerequisites are required prior to attending a session.
SUD Trainings
A collection of trainings provided by SAPC and DPH, available to all ICMS providers. Topics include substance use in our community, overdose response with Naloxone, harm reduction strategies, cannabis use, and relapse prevention.
HSH PH Contractors Only
IHOP 101 for HFH ICMS
An e-course providing HFH ICMS staff with information on the Interim Housing Outreach Program (IHOP), including how ICMS and IHOP staff can support shared pre-match participants connected to both programs.
HSH PH or ODR PH Contractors Only
General Assistance Requests (GAR) for ICMS
An e-course covering how to complete General Assistance Requests for participants in the Flexible Housing Subsidy Pool (FHSP), including what GAR covers, timelines, and step-by-step directions for submitting the form correctly.
Language Access Services Training
An overview of language access services and best practices for communicating with participants who have limited English proficiency or are deaf or hard of hearing. Strongly encouraged for all HSH contracted providers delivering direct services.

Black Mental Health and Healing Justice Peer Support Training
Builds capacity to identify mental health symptoms, respond to mental health crises in Black communities with dignity, and cultivate everyday liberation-centered wellness.
Open to: CP Workforce Members, Community Contractors, HFH Resident Councils

Provides an overview of daily Snapshot and Documentation Requirements, while helping to identify key data points on the Snapshot that can support potential resources, referrals, and care coordination efforts.

CHAMP Virtual Office Hours (VOH)
A virtual support session where case managers can get live technical assistance on system navigation including workspaces, menus, and dashboards. This session also offers a deeper look at documentation entry and system workflows. Participants are welcome to bring questions about the CHAMP training and access process. Hosted by the HSH Technical Training Team.
