The Los Angeles County Housing Authority recently teamed up with County Supervisor Sheila Kuehl, the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles, the Santa Monica Housing Authority and other partner organizations to host HouseLA, a landlord outreach event aimed at ending homelessness. At the event, landlords got the opportunity to learn about the various programs that serve those who are homeless, as well as the incentives offered to landlords who rent to them. Since February 2016, over 700 landlords have attended similar events held in other communities throughout the County to learn about the programs.
