Results from the first year of Measure H, a half-cent sales tax to get homeless individuals housed with services, show positive impact. More than 7,000 individuals and families have been housed and over 13,000 individuals have moved off the streets into bridge housing. Measure H is also boosting job growth through hiring of outreach workers.
