PATH Villas in South Gate is now open. The 60-unit affordable apartment community has studio and one-bedroom apartments for veterans as well as men and women with fragile health who are emerging from homelessness.
The apartments are pet-friendly, and residents will get mental health and supportive services through the partnership we’ve built between People Assisting the Homeless – PATH, the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, and the L A County Dept. of Military and Veterans Affairs — so that every resident will get the support they need to stay healthy and housed.
