Corazon del Valle, an affordable housing project in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, broke ground in April. Once completed, it will bring 180-units to Panorama City for families with limited means and those experiencing homelessness.
Corazon del Valle will showcase many innovations – smart density, solar panels, greywater systems and transit accessibility – that help people lead fuller lives and address the intersections between housing, equity and climate change.
Los Angeles County, Clifford Beers Housing and the San Fernando Valley Community Mental Health Center are among several collaborators on this project.
