Felix del Prado is paying it forward at a new residential detox facility primarily catering to Spanish-speaking adults, many of them experiencing homelessness.
The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health – Substance Use Prevention and Control (SAPC) partnered with the nonprofit Cri-HELP to build the facility in East Hollywood, aptly named Socorro.
