Current Housing Listings

The following units are currently available. No application fee is required unless noted. Contact the listed email for questions about open houses and leasing.

1317 S Grand Ave — Los Angeles, CA 90015

Located within the City of Los Angeles, Service Planning Area 4. 1317 S Grand Ave, known as Vida DTLA, is an eight-story, newly built (2024) Class A mixed-income micro-apartment building in Downtown Los Angeles’ South Park district.

The property features 147 fully self-contained studio units averaging 325 sq ft, each equipped with a full kitchen and most with private balconies. Common areas include a rooftop deck with city views, a ground-floor community lounge, co-working spaces, a commercial kitchen, and over 10,000 sq ft of shared amenity space. The building is served by elevators, and secured entry. The modern design incorporates large windows for natural light, efficient floor plans. All units are ADA adaptable.

  • Eligibility: Active Subsidy and Enrolled in CES
  • Virtual Unit Viewings: Studio
  • Application Process: Interested and eligible clients may immediately apply here. You must upload any subsidy documentation (Voucher, FHSP Participant Subsidy Agreement, etc.) if applicable for your application to be complete. Upon submission, our staff will contact you to discuss the next steps.

1411 S. Flower Street — Los Angeles, CA 90015

Located within the City of Los Angeles, Service Planning Area 4. A newly constructed 8-story residential building with a total of 224 units. Elevator, Door, Entry.

  • Eligibility: Applicants must be document-ready at the time of application and able to demonstrate capacity to pay rent for the full lease term. Household income must be at or below 50% AMI.
  • Virtual Unit Viewings: Rooftop • Small Studio • Medium Studio • Large Studio
  • In-Person Viewing: Open houses are open to approved rental applications and by invite only.
  • Application Process: Interested and eligible clients may immediately apply here. You must upload a copy of the voucher and RFTA OR FHSP PRSA/enrollment letter and an ID, at minimum, for your application to be considered complete. Upon submission, our staff will contact you to discuss the next steps.
