A Los Angeles County Pathway Home operation moved 29 people from encampments into safe interim housing where they will receive supportive services and be launched onto a pathway to permanent housing.

Over the first two days of April, Los Angeles County’s Pathway Home program brought 45 people living unsheltered in encampments near Compton Creek in unincorporated Willowbrook into safe interim housing. From there, they will be able to access supportive services and other resources to rebuild their lives and move into permanent housing.

On a blustery day in the Antelope Valley, 35 people living unsheltered on an expansive desert plain moved into safe interim housing through the Los Angeles County Pathway Home program. Now safely indoors, they will have access to supportive services and other resources to support their transition out of homelessness and into permanent housing.

On a warm sunny day in the last week of February, a group of 33 individuals living unsheltered near the San Gabriel River in Bellflower and Downey moved out of encampments to start new lives in safe interim housing.
