Office hours are live virtual sessions where case managers and providers can ask questions, access guidance, and connect with program staff. Please note that some dates may be subject to change due to holidays.
Office Hours
CHAMP Virtual Office Hours (VOH)
A virtual support session where case managers can get live technical assistance on system navigation including workspaces, menus, and dashboards. This session also offers a deeper look at documentation entry and system workflows. Participants are welcome to bring questions about the CHAMP training and access process. Hosted by the HSH Technical Training Team.

ICMS Partner Quarterly Meeting
The HSH ICMS Partner Quarterly Meeting brings together ICMS providers, program staff, and partners to share updates, review program changes, and coordinate across systems. Meetings are held four times per year and are open to all ICMS contracted providers.
